FAQ
  • What's the difference between permission-based email marketing and spam?
Permission-based email marketing provides an incredibly powerful medium for communicating with individuals who have requested information and/or offers from your company. Spamming is one of the quickest ways to deteriorate your brand equity by inundating people's inboxes with unwanted mail. What we provide is permission-based email marketing: the most cost effective way to target your most profitable customers.

Where do we get our lists?
We use only permission-based lists. These lists are generated primarily from in-store signups, which we have found to be the most effective method for building profitable lists.

What sections of the country do you cover?
We are headquartered in Southern California but have national scope and coverage.

What size list can you handle?
The size of your list is not an issue. Our dedicated email servers can handle lists of any size.

    How is my data processed?
Data can be entered either by your business or by Renewal Marketing. If you choose to enter the data yourself we will provide all the necessary tools at no cost.

    Who owns the list?
This list is comprised of your customers; you own the list.

    What are your prices?
Email marketing is the most cost effective marketing solution (meaning it's both effective and inexpensive ). Because our solution is customized to meet your company's specific marketing needs, we cannot provide comprehensive pricing information over the web. For a more detailed quote please contact us at (800) 575-8508.

    What industries do you service?
We service all industries that would benefit from email marketing. In other words, we service all industries.

How is my data kept secure?
All data is entered and stored on a secure, on-site network. This data is then duplicated and backed up at an external location to ensure the integrity of your data.
